2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment has cleared.

  • Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner (Shiprocket), transit time begins.

  • During peak seasons (sale events, holidays) processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use multi-carrier network, which means your parcel may be handled by one of several courier companies selected via us.

  • Shipping options available at checkout:

    • Standard shipping

    • Expedited/Express shipping (if available)

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination PIN code, shipping mode and carrier. 

  • We cover shipping to the following areas/countries: [All states in India].

  • If your address is in a remote or out-of-coverage area, we may contact you to adjust shipping charges or cancel the order.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and computed automatically (via Courier partners rate calculator).

  • We may offer free shipping for some orders , or promos where shipping is discounted — these will be clearly communicated.

  • Any customs, duties, or taxes for international shipping are the buyer’s responsibility (if applicable).

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment email or SMS containing a tracking number and link.

  • If there are tracking delays or updates not showing, please contact us at info@kanirajewellers.com referencing your order number.

7. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If the carrier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal by the recipient, the parcel may be returned to us (RTO).

  • RTO charges or return/shipping costs incurred may be passed on as per our Returns/Refund Policy [link to that policy].

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect/incomplete address information provided by you.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect the package upon receipt. If the parcel appears damaged, you may refuse delivery, note the damage on the carrier’s invoice/pod, and contact us immediately at info@kanirajewellers.com.

  • For lost shipments, we will work with partner courier to file claims. Our ability to refund/replace will be subject to the carrier’s investigation and outcome.

9. International Shipping & Customs (if applicable)

  • For shipments outside India, you are responsible for all duties, customs, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

  • Delivery time may be impacted by customs clearance. We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates in such cases.

  • Some items may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries — if you place an order for such an item and it is refused by customs, shipping costs (including any return shipping) may apply to you.
